1. Introduction
Welcome to WukHub. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WukHub website, mobile application, and related services.
By accessing or using WukHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
WukHub is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. WukHub does not directly provide the services listed on the platform unless expressly stated.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
“WukHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the WukHub platform, its owners, operators, representatives, and authorised agents.
“User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the platform, including customers and service providers.
“Customer” refers to a user who searches for, books, requests, or pays for services through WukHub.
“Service Provider” refers to an individual or business that lists, offers, or provides services through WukHub.
“Services” refers to the services listed, booked, requested, or provided through the platform.
3. Nature of the Platform
WukHub is a marketplace platform designed to help customers discover and book local service providers.
Unless otherwise stated, WukHub is not the employer, agent, representative, partner, or contractor of any service provider. Service providers are independent individuals or businesses responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, fulfilment, and delivery of their services.
WukHub may assist with booking, communication, payments, customer support, dispute facilitation, and platform management, but we do not guarantee the performance or outcome of any service provided by a third-party provider.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of WukHub, users may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
WukHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate booking and contact information;
- communicate respectfully with service providers;
- be available at the agreed time and location for booked services;
- pay all applicable fees, deposits, balances, cancellation charges, and other amounts due;
- inspect service details before booking;
- comply with any reasonable service requirements stated by the provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service selected is suitable for their needs before confirming a booking.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers agree to:
- provide accurate information about their services, pricing, qualifications, availability, location, and business details;
- deliver services professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable laws;
- honour confirmed bookings unless cancellation is unavoidable;
- communicate clearly and respectfully with customers;
- maintain any licences, permits, insurance, tools, equipment, or approvals required for their services;
- avoid misleading claims, fake reviews, fraudulent listings, or prohibited activities.
Service providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and deliver.
7. Bookings
Customers may book services through the platform based on availability, pricing, and service details listed by the provider.
A booking may be considered confirmed once the customer completes the required booking steps and, where applicable, pays the required deposit or full amount.
WukHub reserves the right to cancel, reject, or modify bookings where necessary due to suspected fraud, provider unavailability, technical errors, policy violations, or other reasonable concerns.
8. Payments
WukHub may support online payments, deposits, wallet payments, cash payments, or other payment methods depending on the service and provider.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment processor.
Service providers may be charged platform fees, commissions, subscription fees, payment processing fees, or other agreed charges for using WukHub.
WukHub reserves the right to introduce, update, or revise fees with appropriate notice where required.
9. Deposits and Balance Payments
Some services may require a deposit to confirm a booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
- deposits may be used to secure the customer’s booking;
- the remaining balance may be payable online, in person, or by another approved method;
- failure to pay the required balance may result in cancellation or refusal of service;
- deposit refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund rules applicable to the booking.
Service-specific deposit rules may vary and should be reviewed before booking.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies may vary by service provider and service type.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before making a booking.
WukHub may facilitate refund requests but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law or clearly stated in the applicable service policy.
Refunds may be affected by:
- timing of cancellation;
- provider cancellation policy;
- payment processing fees;
- whether the provider has already incurred costs;
- whether the customer failed to attend or provide required information.
Where a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer may be entitled to a refund, rescheduling option, or alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.
11. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
If a customer fails to attend a confirmed booking or is significantly late, the provider may treat the booking as a no-show.
No-shows may result in loss of deposit, cancellation fees, or other charges depending on the service policy.
If a provider fails to attend or deliver a confirmed service without reasonable explanation, WukHub may review the matter and may take action, including warning, suspension, removal, or refund facilitation.
12. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may be allowed to leave reviews and ratings for service providers.
Reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experiences.
Users must not post false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or irrelevant content.
WukHub reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.
13. Prohibited Use
Users must not use WukHub to:
- commit fraud or misrepresentation;
- offer illegal, unsafe, or prohibited services;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
- bypass WukHub’s payment or booking process where prohibited;
- post false listings, fake reviews, or misleading information;
- upload harmful code, spam, or unauthorised advertising;
- violate any applicable law or regulation.
WukHub may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.
14. Service Quality and Disputes
WukHub may assist in facilitating communication between customers and service providers where disputes arise.
However, WukHub is not responsible for guaranteeing service outcomes, workmanship, customer satisfaction, or provider performance.
Users are encouraged to resolve issues respectfully and promptly. WukHub may review complaints and take platform-level action where appropriate.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
WukHub may include links, integrations, tools, or services provided by third parties, including payment processors, mapping services, messaging tools, or external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.
16. Intellectual Property
All WukHub branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, platform features, and related content are owned by or licensed to WukHub unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit WukHub content without prior written permission.
Service providers retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant WukHub permission to use, display, promote, and distribute that content for platform-related purposes.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WukHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- use of the platform;
- services provided by third-party providers;
- booking cancellations or disputes;
- payment processing issues;
- user misconduct;
- technical errors, downtime, or data loss;
- injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from services booked through the platform.
WukHub’s role is limited to operating the marketplace platform, except where expressly stated otherwise.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold WukHub harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- breach of these Terms;
- misuse of the platform;
- services offered or provided;
- violation of any law or third-party rights;
- disputes between customers and service providers.
19. Account Suspension or Termination
WukHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s account if we believe the user has:
- violated these Terms;
- engaged in fraud or abuse;
- provided false information;
- caused harm to customers, providers, or the platform;
- failed to meet payment obligations;
- violated applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
